Agile for Everyone series - Inside the Organisational Agile Transformation - II

This is the second of three sessions exploring organisational transformation from those who are 'on the inside'. This series is made possible due to the support of our Event Hosts - Telstra. No longer the domain of software developers or start-ups, organisations are using agile to effect change across their business. This series aims to explore how they are facing into the challenges of taking agile out of IT and into the business. The business drivers for this are clear. Organisations are recognising the importance of business agility in helping them stay relevant, innovative and competitive. What now becomes challenging is balancing the values, 'mindset', practices and delivery. Tonight's session will explore ''Silos and breaking them down by forming “value” teams" - hosted by Peter Lam with a Sharon Robson as our Speaker and to trigger our thinking and conversation. This will be followed by a Q&A panel discussion where Sharon will be joined by Stephanie BySouth - Telstra's Ways of Working, Chapter Area Lead. Sharon (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sharonrobson/) is a speaker, executive and leader of transformation teams. She brings an executive lens to the Organisational Agility shaped through her experiences at leading them for Corporate Enterprises in Australia. Steph (https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephaniebysouth/) is one of Australia’s leading experts on engineering business growth with startup innovation, agile operations and COO leadership. She has worked with Telstra previously, and has returned to lead the the coaching movement supporting Telstra to transform by adopting agile Ways of Working.
