Ellen is a Product Coach, and CEO of EBG Consulting (https://www.ebgconsulting.com )focused on helping product management and development communities produce valuable outcomes through product agility. Ellen is known in the agile and product communities as an instigator and innovator for collaborative practices for agile product discovery and using skilled facilitation to enable healthy teamwork and strong organizations. Ellen began her career as a developer and moved into project management than product management for a medical management information product. She next transitioned into consulting and coaching, helping organizations collaborate better to achieve better product management and development outcomes. Ellen was an earlier adaptor of agile practices in her product coaching work, and contributor to the origins of using retrospectives for continual improvement.
Ellen works with clients globally, including Bell Canada, GE Energy, Heathcare of Ontario Pension Plan, Healthstream, Insperity, JP Morgan Chase, Process Unity, Starbucks, and Zipcar.
