The marketplace is changing so rapidly that we need a paradigm shift in how we enable innovation in the large enterprise. And yet, sometimes it seems that the larger and more successful the company, the more difficult it is to innovate.
Fortunately, Lean and Agile development gives us many of the tools we need to apply that momentum to new innovations, and to do so at scale. And now, the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) and other industry trends bring new mindsets and thinking to bear on this challenge.

This meetup has 2 sessions with two different topics.

7PM- 7:45PM

Key Highlight of the first session:

We will look at some of the techniques and best practices of user story estimation & a practical session on How to Write good user stories, Acceptance Criteria and estimating the Stories using different techniques. Real life examples and case study about User Stories, Personas, and Estimation Techniques.

7:45PM - 8:15 PM

Key Highlight of the second session:

In this session, Michael Stump, VP Global Partners and SAFe Fellow at Scaled Agile, Inc. illustrates how SAFe helps enterprises deliver more innovative solutions at a velocity they could only imagine before. From Minimum Viable Product to Minimum Marketable Feature, to the-smallest-package-that-can-be-efficiently-released-into-production, Michael discusses how making small improvements in the way we work using SAFe can have a dramatic impact on business results and team performance.
