Dave Witkin has consulted with and trained U.S. Government and commercial clients on large-scale Agile and traditional programs. A frequent speaker and contributor to Agile Government Leadership (AGL), he has spoken on topics including Lean and Agile transformations in Government, agility at scale, agile culture change, and using Scrum beyond software. Dave focuses on large-scale programs (i.e., up to $2.6B and involving 500+ people) during his nearly 30-year career consulting at 10 different government agencies, and has taught hundreds of students to use Scrum, Scrum@Scale, and other agile scaling frameworks.
Ernesto Custodio has over 25 years of experience working in the IT field. His experience includes Product Management, Software Development Management, Business Development Management, Project Management, Agile Coach, and Agile Trainer working with startups and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes Agile coaching, Agile transformations, and managing geographically dispersed teams. Ernesto is a Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer (CS@T), Licensed Scrum Trainer (LST), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (CSPC), Certified Scrum Professional – SM and PO (CSP-SM/PO), and PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds an MBA and is a current Information Systems Ph. D. Candidate.
