Beginner's Yoga at Ahlara

REPLENISH (BEGINNERS YOGA)

Mondays and Fridays 9:30am

This class is designed for beginners. Classes introduce the student to the basic principles of alignment and technique, while slowly stretching and strengthening the body with the use of props. We emphasis stretching the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and spine.
