As a senior martial arts instructor with 40 plus years of training and teaching experience, I am offering to organize a Meetup Group for men and women 40 and above who would enjoy a martial arts program designed with the mature adult in mind. I invite you to become a member of newly forming Aikikai of Montgomery where you will gain the benefits of physical activity, mental calmness, self-confidence and meditation in motion. I am confident that you will discover that practicing Aikibudo will increase and improved flexibility, and increased awareness of balance and agility, similar to those derived from studying Yoga or Tai Chi. Another benefit will be the development of a greater sense of spatial (personal space) awareness, timing of movement and an inner sense of calm in the face of confrontation.
