Do you work, live and breath our concrete city?! Do you have dreams and have adventure-blues when you're at work looking outside the window?!

Air - Condition aims to bridge the gap between adventure and city living making the most of the outdoors and more importantly training for it so when we are gallivanting the mountains, seas and lands - we are fit enough to enjoy the rare moments we get to go away!

A combination of training sessions for the working week and adventure day and weekend trips for the precious free time we have.

Community is our first and foremost priority and growing that with like minded people is the essence we live on. Our community is growing day by day, join us and you'll see that everyone with all abilities are welcome. We don't judge, we don't train you, you train with us as we all have our own goals.

Setup by two Royal Marine Commandos, both specialists in endurance and adventure, who were after a way of fitting in their own fitness training around their busy work life, whilst surrounding themselves by fun and active people.

Air Conditioned welcomes all of you whether you're just starting your fitness journey or the hardcore chasing your next ridiculous challenge. Join us on the hill every week, where we'll be using various training protocols, which can all be scaled for different abilities, to maximise results and optimise time. Alternatively, look out for our other activities on here be it climbing, hiking, trial running or weekends away!

A FREE hill training session - all abilities welcome as we're all just trying to get that little bit fitter one hill rep at a time! We're a social bunch all using the hill for different reasons, getting faster, slimmer, conditioned to run in the great outdoors, it doesn't matter! Please dress for the weather and bring hydration and a head torch! We will meet at the bottom of the hill (south side/looking at the city) where the mud track starts!
