Auckland's Atlassian User Group serves the Auckland area, with the following objectives:

Share and learn Atlassian product knowledge, best practices, and case studies with fellow current and prospective users.
Address the needs of both Atlassian product system administrators as well as novice and experienced product users.
Network and socialize with fellow Atlassian product users.
Meet four times a year on a Wednesday afternoon / evening in locations throughout Auckland.

This user group is open to all current and prospective Atlassian product users in the Auckland region interested in knowledge sharing and mingling with fellow users.

When to apply the difference between a Board and a Project

Hi there, I have had the recent pleasure (scar!) of sorting through my company Jira set up, that was built prior to it turning into 100 projects and 40 boards. I re-jigged it from the Issue Scheme to the Workflow Scheme and would say it was a great experience. I can both share this with others as well as bring up the discussion; when is it best to use a Project and when is it best to use a Board and what are people's experiences. Cheers, Krista La Forte
