Let's get things moving! By "things" I mean your body. We're not looking to set world records, recapture our youth or compete at the next Cross Fit Games. What we are looking to do is move and move with purpose. This comes to you via a varied workout using different modalities and exercise techniques accumulated over years of work as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach.
The workout will follow this general template;
Warm Up first improving range of motion, increasing core activation, balance and plyometrics.
Then we'll get you moving quickly with some agility to counter all the one dimensional non-movement you've been doing behind the desk.
After all the prep work comes the good stuff. This is where we push/pull/ squat or lunge. This gets the whole body to take part in all the fun. We use everything and when I say "everything", I mean EVERYTHING!
After one session you'll start want more. So bring a friend and let's start a new Monday night habit!
Nothing beats FREE so the first two consecutive workouts are on me. After that, it's just $10/session fee... a drop in the bucket compared to what you'd be spending on beer watching Monday night football.
