  • Building and Testing Infrastructure using Python
    • What we'll do Python - it's not just for websites anymore! Join us for the last meetup of 2017! This month our own Chris Coffey will be showing us how to use Python to build and test cloud infrastructure. Chris will be taking us along for a deep walk-through on building on the cloud using Python. We'll learn the basics of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) providers AWS and Google Cloud. What types of SDKs and APIs are used for building out our infrastructure. A quick overview of various automation and configuration management tools written in Python (Terraform, Ansible, etc), and we'll end it with a demo of creating server clusters in both AWS and Google Cloud.
