Tai Chi is meditative healing. I will teach Tai Chi Flow which is a series of moves designed to bring peace to the mind. The nice thing about this class is you don't have to learn anything. All you need to remember is to breath and smile. It won't take much time to get into the "flow" which is feeling the breath and movement come together.
My hope is to have a place for veterans, their families, and care givers to come together and practice. I want to focus on our veterans in order to repay them for their service to our country. At this time, I am not charging a fee for class. This will be a 30-45 minute class which includes stretching at the end.
