Do you feel that you eat healthy, well balanced meals daily?

Breakfast Burrito, coffee, and water

Are you trying to be more active and eat right and it just isn't working for you? What holds you back?

Just today. I played pickle ball at the gym. I will also rode stationary bike yesterday for 20 mins. I also own a basketball, I have been going to the courts by the museum and shoot around and listen to the music.

Are you active and what is your favorite form of exercise that you do on a regular basis?

could be fitter, is that the term? Or is it realitive.

What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months? Are you willing to make some changes to get there?

The biggest thing is my Hi Blood pressure.

Hello, I am looking to change the way I eat but can't make a decision on how. I still eat mostly what I ate at 25. I want to know what, in your opinion, is a better option. I also am a Healing Arts Therapist. It helps with muscle relaxation.
