Hey all. My car was stolen...won't be able to get another one by tomorrow. If someone wants to give me a ride, that would be cool. If not, see you in two weeks.

      Hi Laura

I’ve also been trying to figure out, but am finding it difficult (or at least non-intuitive). Several people at our last meeting asked me to get them access to our group, only for find out later that they already had it. For starters, I mistakenly thought that only those who had a folder in our group had access. But apparently that’s not the case. And given that fact, one wonders where to find a master access list? I’ve yet to discover one, which makes things difficult to maintain. PS: I've been talking to Julia about this, but I don't want to bug her too much.

Don't worry. She's happy to help. I'll try to get to one of the meet ups to try to show you what I know (not much).

Gary, I agree. We might consider going off Meetups. Or stay on but conduct group biz on Yahoo Groups or something. It takes several steps to post a note, so we don't get to follow up on good conversations.

      Hi Celeste
Yup. I’ve posted links to many interesting articles and helpful tutorials along the way, only to have them disappear into the ether once another meetup occurred. Given that there may have been but a few days before they vanished, most folks never got a chance to check them out. It’s discouraging, to say the least.

    Hi folks

Did I mention that I think this web site sucks? Our get-togethers are always fun and informative, but once they’re done, they’re done, and all history of them seems to vanish.

I promised several people that I’d get them access, but I cannot find John’s screen name. It would certainly help if I could just take a look at all those who attended, but, as I say, the record of last night’s meetup is (it seems) now gone.

So… John, if you’d contact me (via posting or email) and give me your screen name, I’ll ask for access for you. If I had your email address, I could also send you my script directly.

    See ya
