A comprehensive strength and conditioning programme that combines elements of cardio and iso-fitness training. We have indoor (Tuesdays) and outdoor (Thursdays) sessions available. This is an iso-fitness class which will challenge you appropriately. It is for everyday people looking for a fun and healthy workout. We will encourage eache other to improve our fitness and live a healthier lifestyle. We will also keep a diary on water, food and alcohol and caffeine intake during our course. Ideally, you will not consume alcohol or at least reduce.
