Starting Saturday January 7th, 2017 join us for 60 minutes of cardio mixed with strength training! Strength/Cycle classes are designed to increase your metabolic efficiency, increase your cardiovascular ability, improve your cycling bio mechanics, and develop overall fitness. Whether you are new to cycling, or an advance cyclist, this class will meet you at your level and challenge you to reach a bit further. The best part is you can use your own bike that is geometrically fit to your physical needs.
