  • There is a parking fee ... Continue past entrance station to the day use parking lot on the right. Meet there.
  •  This 4.5 mile hike will go through the canyons woods and chaparral.There are four waterfalls on four different creeks on this hike. There are some both exposed and shady areas. It's a mostly a single track trail and has about 700 ft of elevation gain ... Some steep portions.

    DIRECTIONS: 

    From Highway 101, take Bailey Avenue Exit. Follow Bailey Road to McKean Road. Turn left onto McKean Road (McKean Road becomes Uvas Road From Bailey Road travel 6 miles south on McKean/Uvas Road and turn right onto Croy Road. Continue 4.4 miles on Croy Road, through Sveadal, to reach the Park entrance. Sveadal is a private resort belonging to the Swedish American Patriotic League. Please respect their privacy and drive slowly as you pass through.

    Maybe next time this weekend I am going to my grandsons soccer tryouts. I usually only walk 3 miles each day. I might try next time I would love to see the park I have never been to the park I pass the entrance all the time going to Gilroy.
