What we're about
This is a group for anyone and everyone who enjoys running/jogging, or wants to start! I enjoy running at a variety of different locations, and would love the company! I want this group to be self-paced and centered around individual goals and routines. Whether you are training for an upcoming marathon, or want to start distance running for the very first time, this group is the place for you. I believe that distance running is a process that is all about endurance, practice, and stamina. Whatever your level may be, I want to offer an outlet for like-minded people with similar interests to provide social interaction and accountability in a relaxed, individual-based setting.
