What we're about

American Tribal Style (ATS) belly dance is the most elaborate game of "follow the leader" you'll ever find for belly dance. Groups of 2, 3, or 4 dancers work together to create a fully improvised and synchronized dance together, from a set of fundamental moves. Level 1 ATS classes introduce the fundamentals of our slow and fast moves, the cues to follow the leader, transitions, and formations. Come enjoy learning the foundations of this uniquely American blend of dance inspired by the Middle East, classical Indian, and Flamenco dance styles.
