Customer churn occurs when customers or subscribers stop doing business with you. Customer churn is a critical metric because it is much less expensive to retain existing customers than it is to acquire new ones.

So, what can you do to reduce churn?

We'll start the eve with a talk by Bas Kousemaker on different strategies to deal with churn (prevention, just-in-time (data-driven), mitigation)
Bas has an background in Sales, over 10+ years experience in SaaS business (at a number of different companies) and is currently, Sr. Customer Success at Outsystems.

After this we'll break up in groups in which you can directly learn from each other and exchange experiences.

Finally, we'll close of with pizza's, drinks and networking.
