We're very happy to announce the next CSM Amsterdam Meetup on 'How to build and scale a Customer Success team' on the 21st of March.

What to look for in building your own Customer Success team? What profiles do you need for your team members? And how do you deal with the challenges of scaling up of their Customer Success organization?

This Meetup will be the place to learn from your peers on this topic, and also the place where you can share your learnings so far!

First we'll have a talk by Rempko de Bie, who will share his experience in setting up and building the Customer Success team at Impraise.

After that you have the chance to learn from your CSM-peers when we break up in group sessions (World Café format)

Preliminary agenda:

5.30 - 6 pm: Welcome + snacks
6 - 6.30 pm: Talk by Rempko de Bie
6.30 - 7.30 pm: Break up sessions (World Café format)
7.30 - 9 pm: Pizza time, drinks and networking

Location-wise, we'll be hosted by our hospitable friends at GoodUp who'll provide a central location for the MeetUp.
