On this meetup, we will explore mindfulness from diverse perspectives and through a very down-to-earth and practical approach.
We will share practical tools and best practices and ideas on how to be more mindful in everyday life, through everyone's knowledge and experiences.
We will do so in an open, curious, playful and relaxed way.
We will discuss questions such as:
How can we be more mindful in everyday life? Why do we wish to be more mindful, anyway? :) And what does it mean for us to be mindful in everyday life?
What is the link between mindfulness and happiness, savouring, enjoyment?
When is it easy to be mindful and when is it a challenge?
Which of the situations and circumstances do we find most challenging, why and how can we work on developing that?
Although some ideas and content from positive psychology will be brought in by facilitator/host, the main focus of the meetup will be discussion and sharing opinions and experiences between participants.
