Every Sunday at 13.00 you're welcome to join.

This meetup is open for everyone (both advanced & complete beginners). Usually we are with a small group of 4-8 persons. The meetup takes place at my home.

We'll do a few mindfulness meditations. Every week there's a certain topic, like for example self-acceptance or negative thought patterns.

We can 'use' mindfulness in two ways; first of all as a way to explore our inner and outer world. For example when we try to connect to discomforting thoughts or feelings and curiously observe what is there to observe. Second, we can use mindfulness as a way to deal with things. For example when we try to simply stay with discomforting feelings.

Many participants have their own regular meditation practice. This meetup can be of help to keep up with that.

* Donation based

Donations are welcome. A standard donation is 5 or 10 euro. If your income situation doesn't allow it, then it's also okay not to donate anything. You're the same welcome.

I'm Francisco, I'm teaching mindfulness through my school Amsterdam Mindfulness.
