Ladies' Running Group - for beginners

Every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, I'm offering a FREE running session for a Women's Running Group for beginners that I host.  Come join us and bring friends!

This group is for ladies who are just starting out or starting again. Join us for extra motivation, to meet other ladies, have fun, and get in great shape.

On Tuesday evenings, we jog for about 30 - 40 minutes at an easy pace and finish our run with some stretching or strength exercises.  Run/walkers are welcome.  We will split into 2 groups if needed.

There is a fee to join this running club, but on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, the session is FREE.

      Hi Bonni, We do have complete beginner's but also some ladies who have been running off and on for a few months. Come try and see what it's like! during the run, I can also give you some suggestions to help you get started and improve your fitness so you don't feel terribly unfit. ;-)
