I will be running a 5 week introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course in the Medway towns area. Each course will last 2 hours and will walk you through the steps of how to live your life mindfully and teach you how to meditate. If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, or stress then this course will be ideal for you. Or if you sometimes just find life overwhelming and want to give yourself some focus and energy then Mindfulness and meditation is the way to attain that. I will give details of dates and venues when I know there is enough interest. It will be during the day for those that prefer that and one in the evenings for those that prefer that.
