What we're about

Have you been curious about meditation, wanting to learn more or find a group to meditate with? Wishing you could quiet your mind and relax your body? Well, you've found your OC group, friends!

We sit, move gently, practice breathing exercises, Mindfulness, deep resting, sometimes working with mantras and mudras as well. This all allows us to improve focus, mood, stress responses, sleep quality and quantity, relaxation, decrease cortisol levels, and feel the joy of your peaceful inner being.

We're meeting 2 times / month the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at 6:30pm at A Fine Balance Yoga and Wellness Center in Anaheim Hills. We may add a 3rd date held outside with nature depending on interest and turn-out.

First group is free for all! and ongoing classes are $15 each. Ask for volunteer opportunities if interested. Thanks so much and can't wait to see you there!! Namaste!
