Group Meditation with Mike and Martha Limauro

We begin with a prayer to invoke the grace of God. We practice simple pranayama techniques to relax our bodies and still our minds. We chant to awaken our hearts and deepen our devotion. We invite participants to use whatever meditation techniques they have learned for 15 minutes followed by an inspirational reading. We encourage participants to meditate for another 15 minutes without techniques to feel the divine presence as peace, joy, or some other attribute of God.
