This week, we will focus on yogic teachings, including meditation, that can help us choose to feel calm and centered, regardless of outer circumstances. More than just a series of techniques, this practice can take you to the heart of inner strength, stillness, and joy at the center of your being.
Using Yogananada's powerful and scientifically proven teachings, you will learn ways to bring peace to your inner and outer world. In this way, we can feel more loving, grounded, and patient with ourselves- and others.
All spiritual affiliations or none are welcome and no experience is required! This meetup is part of a series of ongoing weekly meditation group meetings at this location. We are a non-profit group but donations are always welcome! (suggested donation of 5-10 dollars but nobody turned away for lack of funds) If you would like to volunteer in any way, i.e: bringing snacks, help set of clean up, that would be wonderful!
