Santosha, feeling the awakened "inner smile" of contentment in the midst of all activities, is called by the ancient Indian text the Mahabharata "the highest heaven." Time honored and scientifically proven, regular meditation practice allows one to consistently experience ease of mind and innate wholeness so that it's much easier to feel grateful within even amidst outer circumstances that may be challenging.

In this meeting, we will explore how yogic meditation combined with an "attitude of gratitude" can open the door to the joy of inner contentment. In this way, we can learn, grow, and thrive through the rhythms and changes in our lives.

All spiritual affiliations or none are welcome and no experience is required!
