Have an eMaker night

Let's try to have one meeting a month just for electronics projects. I know from talking to many of you that there's interest in everything from Raspberry Pis, Arduinos and robotics to Lilly Pads and wearable electronics. Let's see where these meetups take us. Were already doing the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays as open Maker nights, the 1st Tuesday can be specifically for electronics. See you at the Innovation Lab...

I'm going to bring a computer with a version of Linux called Uberstudent installed. I'll also have some LiveDVDs and LiveUSBs with other version of Linux and and disc images of many others. If you have an old (or new) PC that needs an OS upgrade you might want to check it out. There's a version of Linux that specifically made to wipe hard drives which is a good idea before you donate or otherwise get rid of an old PC.
