Open your heart for Valentine's day with Ho'oponopono! This practice is open to anyone, no experience necessary!
Join Amanda to sing for forgiveness and self-love using the four phrases of Ho'oponopono: I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I Love You, and Thank You, as well as a few other simple chants in Sanskrit designed to open the heart. The practice of devotional singing is a form of Bhakti Yoga, sometimes referred to as experiencing love for love's sake, and is a pathway to enlightenment.
Use your voice to free stuck energy in the heart chakra to experience expansive love and forgiveness. After clearing our energy though singing, we will then take a guided mediation/relaxation to bring this practice deep into the core of your being.
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation that focuses on releasing pain from within to promote an increased sense of harmony in life. Singing is not required! If you prefer to join and just listen, you are welcomed!
We will follow our practice with a Ho'oponopono meditation to cultivate love and compassion, followed by a deep relaxation.
Refunds are not offered for this Meetup.
