Mid week blues recovery run

Nothing worse than a full week of work after a holiday.
Lets meet at the raspberry parking lot (lot is located on the right side after you enter Kincaid park, its just after hill with the "your speed" flashing sign) at 6:30 and run about 40 min (its about 4mi down and back to the chalet). And if that hasn't lifted our spirits, beer after sounds good to me!

This is an out and back that you can't get lost on, so all paces and levels of runners welcome and we will split out into pace groups as we get going. It is hilly.

**This group leaves at 6:40 sharp** We may leave sooner if the weather is below 20 degrees or gusting wind, so please be kind, show up and be ready to go on time!!** Ice bugs or cleats of some kind are required. So is a headlamp at a minimum, trail is not completely lighted.
