I really like how I feel happy, refreshed and motivated after a good run. I run to feel healthy and positive in all aspects of my life.
I prefer to run downtown, the coastal trail and trails within the Anchorage community.
It's best for me to run on the weekends and around 6:30 at night. I am open to morning runs between 5:30-6:30.
I am not signed up for a race today, but I am exploring my options!
I love meeting new people and trying new things!
