How to find us

Go in the door for the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, check-in with the security guard to get your sticker, and go to the 2nd floor. We'll be in the lounge in the back. Follow the smell of pizza.

Join us for pizza, soda, and open-source software! This month is Hacktoberfest - if you make four pull requests to open projects on GitHub this month, you win a rad t-shirt! During this meet-up, we're going to talk a little about open-source and how to start contributing. It's a good idea to contribute to open-source software because it helps you learn, helps build your portfolio, and gives back to the software that developers use to power their apps! Even if you're not a seasoned programmer, we'll show you how to find open-source projects that are great for beginners, or maybe need some help improving their documentation. Let's earn some swag!

PLEASE RSVP to this meetup by Monday Oct 14 if you plan to attend!
