Are you currently using AngularJS on a project? If so, can you tell us about it.

Yes, I'm working on a layout component for Angular applications. I'm just about finished the first quick and dirty version and will be using it to build my portfolio as a starter project. The idea of the component is to make it easier to control the outer layout of your application or widget. It provides hooks for positioning, display, and transitions for screens, overlays and panels. As a component it's at a pretty early stage right now, once I have used it to build my site I should have a better idea if the approach I chose has any merit.

Are you a developer, manager, designer, or ?

I'm a designer and developer. My training is in multimedia design so my primary interest is interactive UI, that lead me into frontend development.

What about AngularJS do you find most appealing?

Using directives for building sophisticated tooling for interactive UI. I like that the MVC framework uses dependency injection, I'm used to that from Flash. The ui tempting is pretty darn neat too.

Im an interactive designer and developer who loves creating fancy-pants interfaces
