Strategies for Small Business.
Ø Based on best practices and OSHA law, you will focus on a 4 step process and related elements for handling emergencies in your workplace.
Ø You will address the types of emergencies you can reasonable expect to encounter, planning guidelines and planning priorities, such as communications, direction and control, training, medical services and community outreach.
o Step 1 Your Planning Team
o Step 2 Analyze your Capabilities, Risks and Vulnerabilities
o Step 3 Develop Your Plan
o Step 4 Implement your Plan
Ø We will include a case study narrative to work with and have an analysis of the context, problems, challenges and opportunities.
