Please join ARFF and help us protest the Shrine Circus

Please join the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida in protesting against the Shine Circus at the University of Central Florida. Can you spare an hour or two to hand out leaflets for circus animals?

NOTE 2 PROTEST DATES:

Protest dates and times:

• Saturday, April 27th at 11:30am and 4:30pm
• Sunday, April 28th at 11:30am and 4:30pm

Location: University of Central Florida (UCF) arena. Click here for directions.

We gather in front of the arena, before and after each show.
* ARFF has plenty of signs , leaflets and banners*

Again this year, Orlando's Bahia Shriners are sponsoring the Royal Hanneford Circus as their "Shrine Circus." The Royal Hanneford Circus has a long and sordid record of poor animal care and dangerous animal rampages.

Don't the Shriners help children?
The Shriners Hospitals for Children, a separate organization from the Shrine temples, do good work, providing free medical care to needy patients across the country—but less than 2 percent of the hospitals' budgets come from money raised by Shrine temples. The small print on Shrine circus tickets usually make it clear that proceeds from the circus fund temple activities, not the hospitals (tickets are not considered charitable contributions).

Please contact the Shrners and ask them to hold a fundraiser without using animals:
