  • Animalconnection.info launch party!

SO excited to announce that Animalconnection.info is officially launching! We will be having a launch party October 17 and you're invited!! There will be an unbelievable mind reading act by The Mentalist at 8PM Music by Eric Goldberg and a song or two by yours truly! ...more acts to be announced! Delicious latin vegan empanadas will also be served at the beginning of the night! More about Animalconnection.info: Ever since the founder of Animal Connection, Rachel Borkowski, got a leaflet from Mercy for Animals of a bloody baby pig, she knew she had to be vegan. She couldn’t fathom this type of violence happening to billions of innocent animals. Rachel started her career in NYC but felt unfulfilled without any connection to nature or animals. She decided to work on a goat dairy farm in Israel, she saw a farmer kicking a sheep, and was so upset by the violence. The platform she used wouldn’t let her write a review, so she set out make a platform that would ensure safety for all living beings. That was when Animal Connection was born!! From 2016-present Rachel has traveled internationally and visited over 20 sanctuaries in places like Wisconsin, Vietnam, Thailand and Pennsylvania. She has also connected over 500 people to rescued animals via bus trips from NYC. Animalconnection.info is a website that connects people to animals internationally. The website has numerous features such as: a geo-tag for location based searching, in-site messaging system for participants and rescues to interact & much more. Opportunities on the website will include: Local Volunteering: Volunteering at a sanctuary, wildlife refugee or dog/cat shelter without living on the premise. Touring: This feature allows you to visit sanctuaries for a day, meet the animals and hear about their stories. Live in Volunteering: Some hosts offer opportunities for animal lovers to live at their farm/ location in exchange for food and shelter, or only shelter, depending on the program. Paid Opportunities: Hosts may offer employment opportunities To view a short video tutorial about the site click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2TGZrouiPc&feature=youtu.be Tickets below: http://buytickets.at/animalconnection/199206 Either way it is my joy, gift and honor to have you by my side, raising a glass to animal liberation. Love always, Rachel
