Ann Arbor Classic Book Group Autumn Book Swap

Is everybody ready for a meetup without homework? The group is now holding seasonal swaps as something fun and different. If you cannot make it to this one, we'll be doing another in the winter. Participating in a book swap is a great way to declutter and to obtain some great new books. I'd
like to request that every participant brings between one and five books to swap. When I take attendance at the event, I will note how many books you have brought--that will be the number you take home with you. Please categorize your books in advance, according to one of the following classifications (please note that I've changed the classifications a bit this time): -NON-FICTION/ MEMOIR -SELF-HELP/ HOW-TO -CLASSIC/LITERARY -MAINSTREAM FICTION -GENRE FICTION -OTHER The grouping swill make it easier for us to present like books together, keeping our swap well-organized. For each book you bring, be prepared to give a brief synopsis of the plot line and to potentially compare it to other books or works by other authors. If you know in advance which books you would like to bring to the swap, you can indicate what they are in your RSVP or post a comment on this event. That will help generate some buzz!
