What is Camp Millie and why you should be interested?
Are you interested in running for office some day? Become the politician that brings out the change we all deserve.
Or perhaps you'd like to be a campaign manager? The force behind the one who will make the world a better place.
Think either of these are for you?
Then come to Camp Millie where you will join Democrats from around the State of Michigan for an exciting new political training program to help you get the skills and knowledge you need to make that dream a reality.
Successful candidates and campaign managers will mentor you for an entire weekend and give a wealth of inside information on how things work.
You will learn about planning/strategy, campaign structure, fundraising/reporting, messaging/media relations, coalition building, securing endorsements, recruiting volunteers, social media/online campaigning, and much much more.
Best of all you will have a chance to network with other successful candidates and build relationships with potential mentors. If you want to make a difference beyond just voting, this would be your first step. Will you take it?
