You can easily impress your guests with these three authentic Chinese recipes with a modern twist.
Starter : Sichuan style Chicken Salad
Main course: Sorted vegetables in garlic and oyster sauce and Yangzhou style fried rice
Cost is NZ$ 50 for each class per person( 3 hours section, you will learn 3 dishes in each class) Day class : 11am - 2pm on Sunday on a monthly basis
