Have you ever heard the saying: "A friend in need is a friend indeed."? (See: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/a_friend_in_need_is_a_friend_indeed)
Keep that thought for a minute....
The New Year is one calendar page away. When you look at 2017 what do you see and what are your big goals for the year?
And, this is important, what do you need help with?
As the saying goes - "friend in need" is what we should all be looking for. Sharing our talent, experience, and insights can really help someone overcome a problem, expand their thinking, and help them get to the next level of their business (or life).
"A friend indeed" is the equal player in this statement. I can tell you from personal experience that helping friends give me great pleasure and delight.
Here's the twist: if you have a need and never ask for help - are you robbing your friends of the joy and satisfaction of helping you? Is your unspoken problem or interest actually the key to strengthening your relationships?
Let's talk about how we can help each other in 2017. No Strings Attached.
See you for lunch on Friday the 2nd.
