Each class our intention is to remind participants of two basic laws of life: you are enough and thought creates form. This is a guided meditation class based on the principles of New Thought utilizing creative visualization to release the negative beliefs that we hold about ourselves that keep us in a place of "pain" and "lack".
Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
