Our group is Humanity. Each of us actively lengthening our Healthy Life-Span through personal interactions, activities, nutrition, supplements and spiritual well-being. All of us are a part of this dynamic organism and have an equal part to play in furthering our understanding in the reversal of the aging process.

Let's Start with a Walk, Then...zen.

James F. Hall Trail

Beginning with Baby Steps, a walk, is the best way to build a routine into your daily schedule. Doing this initiates the drive within you to further explore the other areas for the anti-aging regimen. I walk the James F. Hall Trail in the afternoons at least 3 times a week. It's a great place to reflect on the important things in your life while appreciating the outdoors. From time to time I will suggest other activities and encourage members to do the same. For instance, this week coming up I'll be bringing a can of tennis balls and two racks. There are courts along our trail and a wall to hit up against.
