What we're about

Everyone is welcome. Our guided meditation and yoga classes include simple and basic techniques for introductory and midlevel practitioners. Classes can include a wide variety of techniques such as walking meditation, breathing techniques, focusing on a specific object, breathing coordination with movement (anu yoga) or silent meditation.

Our main objective is to assist you and guide you to quiet the mind and receive the benefits of relaxation. The more you practice, the greater the benefit.
