This group is for sufferers of anxiety disorders; panic attacks, & agoraphobia.
This is about self-help with support and guidance from others who've been there, and have found a way to improve, grow, and heal. If you are suffering from severe anxiety and would like to join a support group while you work on recovering and practicing some helpful structured exercises, this group may be for you.
You will be on the wait-list for these on-going groups after RSVPing YES, and calling (305)-608-9673 or emailing the organizer/ group facilitator directly through the organizer's profile link. You must be willing to maintain direct individual communication and contact with the group facilitator to begin & remain actively included.
Each group will begin together and we will have the members of each group remain the same. Join if you would potentially like to be part of a group that continues to meet on a regular basis.
Once a group has formed we will keep our own schedule and personal contacts directly through phone direct email. This website's primary purpose is for the forming of new groups that will continue to interact off this website in person. New groups will be continually forming. Groups with max of 7 each are & will be continuing to meet and run offline.
