What we're about

Anyone who suffers from anxiety, panic attacks, and/or depression knows how isolating it can truly feel. We beat ourselves up at times, keep our thoughts to ourselves, and try to overcome our obstacles on our own. That will only make things worse.

You are not alone.

I want to create a safe space for all of us to vent, share, and provide advice for one another if we feel it can be of good use to our well being. As human beings, as a community we need to be there for one another in every way we can be.

Let's keep this simple and take baby steps from there.. together.
