My hope is the Anxiety and Depression Support Group will be a safe place for people to come together and support one another in all our various struggles. I am not a medical professional, and this is not a substitute for medical help. I see this group meeting weekly or bi-weekly, for people to talk out their struggles, brainstorm activities to manage our mental health in our day to day lives, or anything that will help people better themselves.
*if you rsvp to three events and do not show or let me know you can’t make it, you will be dropped from the group. I understand life happens, all I ask is you let me know please :)
