self.TaughtCoder App A Month operated by WHOmentors.com, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is a network of app developers, designers, and other talent who are building and publishing mobile and web apps or preparing for upcoming hackathons and/or software contests.
Nonimmigrants are highly encouraged to participate. Foreign nationals are invited to the USA by WHOmentors.com, inc. on a B-1 Business Visitor Visa to conduct "independent research" for up to six months with one possible extension for a total of one-year. Visa waiver (WB) candidates can participate up to 90 days before returning to their home country of origin.
NOTE: B-1 nonimmigrants may not receive salaries or other remuneration from US sources for services rendered in connection with activities in the US. A US source, however, [WHOmentors.com, Inc.] may provide these aliens with expense allowances or reimbursement for expenses incidental to their temporary stays.

Nonimmigrant startup founders on their first year of F-1 OPT status can co-locate with WHOmentors.com, Inc. at a physical business address to claim eligibility for H-1B Cap-Exempt Visa and subsequently be authorized for "concurrent employment" with any United States Employer.
