What we're about

This group is open to the public interested in learning about Arab Americans history and culture both in America and the relative homeland. Scholars, students teachers are encouraged to join and meet. We aim to shorten any gaps and to create unity and understanding among all of us. International students and others interested in strengthening their conversational English skills are encouraged to join. We will discuss various topics, from history to our modern existence and learn about the achievement and participation of Arab American Pioneers in the advancement of our civilization in America and the world. Food, entertainment and other events will be planned and collaborated with team members to accomplish a successful group and a delightful meeting among all of us.

Meetings will be held in different venues, and will host speakers and educators from different sectors to discuss and educate us about various topics related to Arab Americans history since the beginning of immigration to America. We will also add the social element and meet in middle eastern restaurants to enjoy their authentic cuisine. In addition, and in the future as we progress we will set up events such as Middle Eastern cooking classes. Poetry, literature, music and art is among the most important topics and activities that will be included in our event planning.

Looking forward to meeting you all, hoping that this group would be enjoyable and would meet all of your expectations.
