What we're about

Let's go camping! This is a meet up for people with RVs that like to camp as a group. If you are new to RV camping, this is your opportunity to get your “dry-camping” feet wet. All types of campers are welcome – newbies or seasoned, pop-ups to motorhomes, and everything in-between. We will try to have at least one camping trip per month – most events will be dispersed camping (no hook-ups, no public toilets/showers, no reservations/fees) and may be centered around activities such as fishing and kayaking, or ATV riding. Let's go enjoy the great outdoors!

Please keep in mind that dispersed camping requires flexibility. GPS coordinates may change slightly due to site availability – we’ll make strong efforts to message campers and/or post signs near the site. Meetup times will usually show the time that the event hosts plan to arrive or when check-in is allowed at managed campgrounds. Everyone should always plan to fend for themselves when it comes to shelter, food, water, alcohol, toilets, and entertainment. Each camper should bring or gather at least one bag of firewood. We won’t be blaring music, but late night drinking and campfire talk will occur on a regular basis. Gear up and let's go!

GENERAL RULES: Include a profile pic of yourself so we’ll be able to put a face to the name. Repeat no-show RSVPs will be removed from the group. Inactive members will also be removed after 4-6 months, but can rejoin when their schedule allows. Anyone purposefully making others feel uncomfortable or unsafe will be asked to leave and be removed from the group. Generators may be used from 7am to 7pm; please coordinate with other campers to minimize noise. These events are adult-oriented and will also be pet-friendly if your pet is spayed/neutered and friendly. All liability lies with the individual camper that shows up at each event.
